MEET THE LEADER

My name is Friday ugorie, the coordinator of The Ebeneezer Group in Nigeria. 
I am married with three children. I am a born again Christian missionary. I was lost in African traditional religion which has a lot to do with demonic worship. I was also a drug addict because I loved Marijuana like food.

I also hated born again Christians because we take them as those who destroys our traditions. But a day in my life, on 4th April 1994, through Scripture Union Crusade Program I gave my life to Jesus Christ.

I passed through a lot of persecutions both in my family and my village. I was sent out of the home for one year and six months. There are many miracles behind my conversion. 
In 1997, three years after I joined Scripture Union, I also joined their missionary team. I continued with them from 1997 till 2001 when I was made the coordinator of missions in scripture union fellowship with forty people working under me, including my wife then we have not yet married.

I served as the coordinator of the union from 2001 till 2010 I stepped down as the coordinator in scripture union fellowship.

We started church builders outreach in 2011 when the Muslims militants started massacring the Christians and burning their home and churches in Northern Nigeria. My wife was my prayer leader when I was missions coordinator in scripture union fellowship, she was the one who took over from me when I stepped down, so I called her and discuss with her on how to start up a prayer team for our brethren in the northern Nigeria. After our conversation four more brethren responded to join the team in January 2011.

By 2012 the massacring was too much and the number of deaths was increasing we have to plead with brethren for donations to assist our suffering northern brethren. 
So we started church builders outreach in this way and since then a lot of progress have been made. Day by day God continue to add more souls to us especially the Muslims converts. 
We have many Muslim converts in the north now, we also have five (5) Muslim converts in the bible school now to be trained as pastors under church builders.

We have many young people in the secular schools. There are many families who have not seen foreign rice before but through our organization have eating it. Many nakedness have been clothed by church builders outreach.

Right now church builders lacks the finances to carry out her program because of more mission fields we have discovered. Many Christian villages are suffering may sickness because of bad drinking water, many Christian children are suffering malnutrition, hunger and nakedness.

Finally, I plead with brethren who have the same hope with us to please come our rescue, the Muslim are discriminating against Christians here in Nigeria. Even many foreign organizations have been directed towards Muslim community, The Bible says that givers never lack.
